Dr. Anette Dragland is a physician, author, and podcast host with a passion for holistic health. Through her book Hele deg – veien til bedre helse (“All of You – The Path to Better Health”) and the podcast Leger om livet (“Doctors on Life”), she shares knowledge on how to strengthen both physical and mental health through sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, and relationships. She makes research easy to understand and inspires concrete, lasting changes — also for those already facing health challenges.
The event is free, and food and drinks will be served to all registered participants.
